  • Country refers to: United Kingdom

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

  • Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

  Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

  When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

  We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.

  Purpose: These Cookies are essential to provide You with services available through the Website and to enable You to use some of its features. They help to authenticate users and prevent fraudulent use of user accounts. Without these Cookies, the services that You have asked for cannot be provided, and We only use these Cookies to provide You with those services.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends. 




Account blocking and deleting

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• Your account needs to be using the latest version of LukeAirTool. Failure to do so, could result in account ban or even account deletion. If your account is blocked, you will need to contact admin@lukeairtool.net to unlock your account. If your account has been wiped, unfortunately we will not be able to restore it.

• Steps we will follow to inform you. You will receive an email stating that your account is using outdated version. If you continue to use outdated version, you will receive a second email. At that point, it will result in account being locked. You will then need to contact admin@lukeairtool.net to unlock your account. If you fail to contact us within 90 days of locking your account, we reserve the rights to completely delete your account.

• Breaking any terms and condition will result in blocking your account. Please read Account Terms of Use for more information.




Account & LukeAirTool Terms of Use

Breaching any of these rules will result in account being suspended:

• Abusive behaviour Abusing any LukeAirTool team or members, will result your account being suspended for 24 hours. Repeat offence, will result in further account suspension. Eventually this can lead to your account being deleted.

• AirTool Version needs to be up to date. Failure to use new versions of airtool could result your account being suspended. If this happens, you need to contact admin@lukeairtool.net for your account to be unblocked. You have to be using the latest version of LukeAirTool

• Scalping Files is not allowed. Our server will notify us when someone is scalping our server. This will result in ip ban, account ban and account deletion. You will be breaching copyright laws and you will be reported. Our audio+ files are copyright protected and LukeAirTool LTD holds rights to them.

• To delete your account you need to contact us via support ticket or by email to admin@lukeairtool.net. All files will be deleted including backups. If you decide to return, all score will start from 0 (zero). You need to make sure that you keep records of any of your purchases including serial number (activation code) as proof of purchase. Once you file a ticket and one of my team members contacts you via the ticket, we will process account removal. You NEED to provide AirTool username and e-mail that the account has been set up with. This is for security reasons. Failure to provide required information, we will not be able to process it. You need to understand that I work full time and process will start the minute I reply to your ticket. You can also request the information we hold. You need to do this before we delete your profile as your profile will also be removed from back-ups.

• Account refresh/restart can be done by request. If you would like to start again, we will reset your account.

• Refunds cannot be done on digital products. Please make sure you have enought information on what you are buying and that your system is fully compatible with LukeAirTool and flyLAT.

• We hold the right to change conditions at any time




Competition Rules

• Multiple entries are not allowed. You will risk being removed from competition

• Screenshot competitions now require your AirTool username being posted with it as well as you are required to have AirTool account for at least three months from the day the competition is starting. If you are new, you will need to contact Luke at luke@lukeairtool.net for you account to be checked. You are also required to have some flights under your account.

• Any Other competition will require the same stuff as screenshot competition unless specified.

• Discord Voting is allowed only by one of your accounts. If you are using alternative accounts, your entry will be removed.

• If something is not mentioned please do not assume, but ask. We do hold the right to stop something just in case we forgot to add. This will make the competition fair for other genuine users.

• We hold the right to cancel competitions at any time.




Cheating

Breaching any of these rules will result in account being suspended:

• Editing any files that go to and from server if forbidden. If you are found to do so, your IP will be instantly banned and you will loose access to AirTool. Your account and email will also be banned.

• Score editing is forbidden and you will risk your account being reset to zero. If found cheating again, your IP will be banned.

• Score mining/cheating will result in that score being removed from your account. If you continue to cheat, we hold the right to reset your score to 0 (zero). Repeat offences will lead to your account being permanently banned.

• AirTool Version needs to be up to date. Failure to use new versions of airtool could result your account being suspended. If this happens, you need to contact admin@lukeairtool.net for your account to be unblocked. You have to be using the latest version of LukeAirTool

• Exploiting AirTool or website will risk in your account being reset to zero. If found doing it again, your IP will be banned and email will be black listed on our server. Any exploits found will need to be reported by sending an email to admin@lukeairtool.net 




Cargo Overhaul

• We hold the right to RESET storage units of any public storage at any airport.

• Factories and Mines can be closed down at any time without warning

• When flyLAT gets released, all storages, purchased aircrafts and anything you have purchased with your AirTool credits earned with Cargo/PaxSim Overhaul will be removed and you will get your credits back for them

• Public Storages can be used by anyone at any time. Please do not complain when you have been waiting for some resources to fill up and someone has taken it. It's a free for all market.

• Private Storages can only be accessed by you or anyone you allow (when that get's introduced).

• Cheating in cargo overhaul will come with huge punishement. You will risk the chance of getting your credits and score reset, if you have been found exploiting any private storages, your private storage will be reset and unit will be taken away from you. This will also prevent any future purchases of units.
